Inspired by nature.
Built for home.
Our Design-build process
At ESPO Renovations, every project begins with design and ends with flawless execution. Our design-build approach ensures a seamless experience — from the first conversation to the final reveal. While each project varies, below is a typical outline for a project utilizing both sides of our design-build services: Interior design + general contracting. At every stage, ESPO Renovations provides a single point of accountability, uniting design and construction for a streamlined, stress-free remodeling experience.
(1)
Programming + Schematics
We start by listening. In your initial consultation, we learn about your vision, lifestyle, and goals, laying the foundation for a remodel that truly reflects you. We then move into schematics, transforming your goals into visual concepts that capture the flow, mood, and aesthetic of your home before any construction begins.
(2)
Design Development
Our team then turns inspiration into action, creating a tailored design plan and selecting materials, finishes, colors, furniture, and fixtures. Every detail is chosen with purpose — balancing aesthetics, function, and sustainability. We guide you through every decision, ensuring your space is both functional and beautifully tailored to your lifestyle.
(3)
Construction Administration
With our full-service general contracting , we coordinate everything: project management, subcontractor scheduling, material delivery, inspections, permits, and timelines. From structural work to fine detailing, we manage the process with precision, accountability, and respect for your home.
(4)
Furniture, Fixtures & Decor
Once construction is complete, we focus on the finishing touches that bring your space to life. We thoughtfully select and place furniture, lighting, art, and accessories that reflect your style and support how you live. Every detail is curated for comfort, beauty, and lasting function — creating a home that feels complete, lived-in, and entirely your own.
