Meet Paula, Founder + Lead Designer
Hi, I’m Paula Esposito, designer, project manager and founder of ESPO Renovations. My passion lies in helping people feel confident, safe, and inspired in their homes. With a background in both interior design and construction project management, I bring a unique perspective to every renovation — where function meets beauty, and every detail tells your story.
I hold a B.S. in Interior Design from Oklahoma State University, summa cum laude, and I’m currently completing my graduate degree in Construction Management at Texas State University (graduating December 2026). In addition to running ESPO Renovations, I’m an Interior Design Instructor at Clary Sage College, where I have the joy of teaching and mentoring the next generation of designers.
A lifelong creative with a deep love for timeless, nature-inspired, and sustainable design, I launched ESPO Renovations to reimagine the remodeling experience with a design-forward focus. Whether we’re selecting finishes, creating flow, or managing a full home transformation, my goal is always to make the process feel approachable, empowering, and exciting.
Tulsa is my home base, and I proudly serve homeowners throughout the metro area—turning houses into havens through thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship. When I’m not working with clients, you can find me renovating my own fixer-uppers (yes, I still DIY and do all the labor myself!) or spending time outside gardening while enjoying a cup of coffee.
